Telephone Coaching
How does it work?
Telephone coaching is very popular with those who have a busy or unpredictable schedule.
It is important that you are able to put aside the appropriate amount of time for the session where you will not be disturbed and can speak freely.
At the pre-agreed time and date I will call you and we will conduct the coaching session over the alloted time of 60 or 40 minutes.The frequency of the sessions is decided by you to ensure it fits in with your routine. Evening telephone sessions can be conducted if daytime is not convenient.
Telephone coaching prices will also include any adhoc calls you wish to make to me in between sessions for that little boost as and when you need it.
