Email Coaching
How does it work?
Email coaching has proved to be very popular with my clients in 3 main areas.
Clients who have previously had telephone or face-to-face coaching sessions with me and just want to have adhoc email contact as a follow up to keep them on track.
Clients who feel uncomfortable with communicating with people they do not know very well but still want the benefits of life coaching. The wonderful by-product of this situation is that after a month's worth of email coaching they have moved on to face-to-face coaching as their confidence has soared.
Clients who work on shift or unsociable hours and therefore are unable to have coaching sessions during my normal working hours.
Here you pay per week or per month. Which ever time line you chose, you will have unlimited access to email coaching from me. The coaching process remains the same, with a deep understanding of your personal situation through appropriate questions asked and exercises set and of course, homework/assignments will be set as with all my coaching techniques.
